I have been attempting to order a phone as part of my contract upgrade, since the middle of July.
First, the phone was in stock, but not on the system, so it couldn't be issued. Next, the phone was couriered from Cresta to the head office and, two weeks later, was found in the East Rand. It was then sent back to the Cresta branch. I was contacted on Friday to fetch the phone, only to find, on Monday, when I arrived, that it had been sold to someone else.
I cannot speak to a live person when I call. I have not been given any feedback as to when the new phone will be available. I even complained on the main website, and have received no response.
