Purchased an additional contract for a Samsung galaxy S4 last week Wed (paperwork was done on the Tues). I was not a new client, in fact, this phone was the 5th device to be added to my portfolio. Picked up the phone on Wed and the idea was that my husbands old number would continue on the new phone (he was originally a pay as you go MTN member). Welll... 8 days on and we are still waiting for the phone to work... numerous phone calls and personal visits later, I've just been informed by someone (Melanie) at head office in Durban that she will continue to "nag" the relevant network people. We are almost ready to call it quits! No-one can help us and no-one really seems to think that its an issue!!
