Network issue BB Z10

For the last 2 week I have been trying to get assistance from the Cell C technical helpdesk and customer support. I keep on losing network on my blackberry z10 cannot send messages in certain periods and access the internet or even makes calls. The BB dots next to network indicator keeps on vanishing.
I continue to get error messages such as Network Unavailable even though I have full signal.
I called the technical helpdesk the consultant told me that Cell C is having a problem with the Blackberry Z10, how am I supposed to continue with the use of my phone if i do not have network.

and lately the battery will just be low as soon as i try connecting to any web page even though the phone has just been uplugged from power supply.

I have been given cellphone repairs number to call.. for what i have no idea and there is forever no answer. If there is an issue with the phones rather give me a new phone then..
