Vodacom is incompetent

Long story short, Vodocam has been debiting money from my account for almost 7 months for a contract I cancelled in November 2012, it has taken 7 months and countless hours on the phone to sort this out and still nobody can give me a definite answer about me receiving my refund.

I have been a Vodacom customer for what must be almost 8 years and I have absolutly no faith in them anymore. As far as I am concerned i was from for almost 7 months and nobody has a concrete answer for me.

As soon as my other contract is up I will be leaving Vodacom for MTN, with no hesitation. Further more i will be advising anybody and everybody I know to do the same.

Terrible service and a complete lack answers is just not on. Enough is enough!
