I upgraded my Vodacom contract on 02/09/2013... Samsung Galaxy S4, brilliant device, highly impressed, until the options and back button on the phone stopped working on 06/09/2013, well within my OBF week.

I took my phone to Vodacom Sanlam Head Office same on the same day, i was informed that there was a scratch on the battery cover (FUCKOL to do with my hardware issue!!!)

Today 10/09/2013 i am told Samsung refused to replace the phone. I called Samsung, spoke to Thulani (Ref 772087628) and he advised me it is NOT Samsung who provides the OBF, but Vodacom itself.

My monthly debit order for my phone alone is R560 per month, and i have 4 other lines used for business and for a R9500 phone you want to tell me you wont replace it because of a scratch on the battery cover... A cover alone an authentic Samsung cover costs R450... money that i would rather use in my car for petrol and even the store advised me to wait for when they have stock of generic covers, ehich they got this week, but NO PHONE to put it in.

So with that said i want a NEW Samsung Galaxy S4, i dont want it repaired. or you can take your piece of back and i will cancel all my contract.
