After real poor service received from one of the cell phone outlets regarding the repair of my Samsung Galaxy S3, I decided to phone Samsung to see if they would be able to assist. I spoke to the call centre who logged a call for me and they gave me a reference number. Later the week a lady called and I'm sure it was Thembi. She arranged for my phone to be picked up from me and taken in for assessment. Few days later Bradley Moodley calls. Phone will be repaired under warranty and that I must just send proof of purchase.
Today I received my phone back. Perfect!!!
