I did complain previously about this bad service, and now it is getting very bad. I did state that I bought this blackberry z10 from then and since I did, I did not use the phone for one day, because I needed to do like 4 sim swaps and later they tell me no we need to swap the phone, in this hole proses I they still bill me for something I can not even use. So I got fad-up and took everything back to Woodlins store and said please cancel the contract. So a norther month goes by, just to find out they debited more money off again for a phone that I DONT HAVE. then today I tride to phone a manager but it seems like there is no one in a Superior position. they gave me a ref. number A1306033797 witch I am still waiting for a response that one was to credit me and then a want the contract cancel but only to hear it is some cind of a problem then got a ref. number again A1306123448 but no one is calling me or doing anything. I just want my money back, the contract cancel because I don't even have the phone for a wile anymore. please can someone help
