Gross incompetence from Altech staff. I had requested to cancel my cell phone contract. I have tried to cancel this contract from the month of April, I called them again to cancel the contract in the month of August and September. They have failed to do this. If your job is to cancel contracts, day in and day out, how do you not get it right. How do you FAIL so many times. Now they telling me that I need to pay for a phone that has been suspended, becuase they have given me airtime. Airtime I cannot use because because the line is suspended. Which pays for a service they dont use or are not able to use? The call centre staff are the cause of all this and I seriously do not get how difficult this could be. I will be damned if my credit records get ruined my credit record. I strongly discourage anyone from entering in a contract with them, there is better service available from the big cell phone companies. Do not waste your time and money on these people.
