Autopage Contract Cancellation - Still paying

In November of last year I phoned Altech Autopage with regards to cancelling my contract, that would expire on 2 December. I asked the person on the phone how I could cancel my contract and she said I can cancel it over the phone, needless to say I did as it is much more convenient. At the start of December my phone went onto prepaid. After that however I still continued to receive an invoice for my full contract every month. This has been going on for 3 months now, and every time I phone them and get put through to different departments they assure me that the contract will be stopped (since I've been on prepaid for months) and that I will receive all my money back. I am deeply disappointed with the lack of follow up and the non-existent execution from Altech Autopage. Everyone says they will help me but no one does. I've phoned about 4 times now with no results and tomorrow I will have paid 3 months for a contract and service I do not even have anymore.
