My contract with MTN ended in March 2013, hence the phone is now paid off and I am on a month to month billing. During April, I was still being charged for the handset, so I called 808 and the consultant promised to sort it out and a credit will be done. Come May, I find that it still wasn't sorted and I was still being charged for the handset. Again, called 808, spoke to another consultant who again promised it will be sorted and that 2 months credit will be done to the account. I now receive my June account and find that although I am not being charged for the handset, the credits have NOT be done to the account. So this means, I have to call 808 again, wait in long queues so that I can help them sort out their mistakes.
Really!!! Isn't it about time that MTN got competent on their workforce, people that do what they are employed to do!!!
