My contract was due to expire by the 6/08/2013 end of june i received an sms stating that i could upgrade and i did. got an xperia V. the internet was not working and the phone dies within a few hours. took it back a guy had a look, advised me to go to applications and make sure all apps are closed therefore the phone is dying. he setup whatsapp. battery life improved but internet was not working. took it back - handed it in for repais by the 11/07/2013. they did not supplu a loan phone. they never called back i made numerous calls to try and get the phone changed and get a quote for anew phone - all recommended were far too expensive and i wasting time and money by phoning them. requested for the contract to be cancelled - went backto the store they gave me a number to call - called and was advised that the store needs to first cancel the upgrade before they can cancel the contract. go back to the store and explain. they then say that they are going to cancel the contract and they will get back to me, two days later no response. i called and wasadvised that they are not cancelling the contract. received a bill of R591when i didnt even have the phone.i still dont!!!
