MTN worst service
On Tuesday I bought a blackberry absolute service and activated it on my blackberry.Everything was fine the service was activated but was only up for plus minus a hour.Then it went off and I then contacted. The MTN call centre explaining to them what was the problem.The consultant then informed me that the service will be activated by the next day 24hrs and all should be well.The next day. Still it was off and I called again at 08:00 in the morning hoping to get the service from them.Well that was definately not the case I was told once again they will activate the service within 2hrs.This did not happen and I decided to go to the MTN kiosk in the Glen mall with the hope it will be sorted.No this was also just in vain as they lodged a complaint and once again I was told it will be sorted within 2hrs.Two hours later still no service so I called again and this time was sent from pillar to post up until I was given a number to call 0831555 and they should be able to assist me.I called the number and to my suprise was told NO they are not able to assist me they are transferring me back to customer service and they must sort it out.I spoke to a consultant and again was told dnt wory.
