Cancellation of cell phone contract

Hi, what a bunch of incompetent staff. I upgraded to the note 3. On Thursday 23/1 Autopage did a sim swop. I was totally cut off from the network. On Saturday still no phone that is working. They sent me to Autopage Montana to do another sim swop. Monday still no phone and no network. The office told me that some or other a... hole cancel my contract and put me on prepaid without any letter or confirmation from me to cancel my contract. Why would I cancel my contract - I ran a business and been with Autopage for years. Why would I do a upgrade if I dont even have a contract with Autopage!!! Monday 27/1/2014 and they can still not solve the mess and I still dont have any cell phone working. You get transferred from the one staff to the other and every time I have to confirm my damm ID, address and the rest of the. They cant do their work but expect me to be calm and friendly after trying 5 days to sort out their mess.
