My fianc? took out a new contact at Vodacom Chatz Mall@Reds, the new Blackberry Z10! The staff was eager to sign the new contract, actually VERY helpful! My fianc? was not very impress with the touch screen but eventually decided to go for the Z10. Problems started after 10 days, the "slide answer" didn't function properly, incoming calls got missed because the phone was ringing in the callers ear yet it was not ringing on the handheld. She took it back to Vodacom Chatz and got told that the "out of box" 7 days expired. The one sales person changed the settings from 3G to 4G and told her the problem would be solved. The problem didn't go away and she became an expert taking the battery out and rebooting the device. If vodacom can please replace this rubbish phone with the ordinary keypad phone.
