TERRIBLE SERVICE!

I have a Blackberry 8520 on a Vodacom contract and in May of this year my phone has been giving me problems!

The phone will function as normal and then the screen would just go white and it wouldn't start up again, even after a battery pull the screen would remain white. I have to plug my phone in and then it might start up again.

I handed my Blackberry in at my local Vodacom shop in Cradock on the 29th of May 2013 and they sent it to Vodacare in Port Elizabeth for repairs.

On the 12th of July (44 days later) my phone was returned to me in an EVEN WORSE STATE!

"Apparently" they upgraded the software and "fixed" the LCD so the white screen problem would be fixed. Well that didn't do anything cause my screen still goes white and then it just stays that way for hours!

My tracker pad came back with scratches, my keyboard is loose and you cant type properly with it and the battery is so swollen that my back cover cant even close properly!

And then you say you fixed my Blackberry? Please man, my phone was in better shape before I sent it to you!

What am i suppose to do with a piece of phone that YOU meshed up even further after your so called repairs???
