I took in my Blackberry phone for repairs as the battery life was less than 30min, phone turned on and off all the time! The phone needs to be on charger 24/7 to make calls and send messages. They tested the handheld and battery and said in their report it was a software issue. I waited 3days for this. When I received the handheld back the same problem persisted! I took the handheld back to them for the same errors. Again after 5 days of waiting for the handheld they informed me that there is nothing wrong with the handheld. The same problems still persist. This is a business phone and I cannot sit with this problem all the time! Customers cant get hold of me due to my phone is permanently off!
If I take the phone back to them they give me the same answers on the problem and said there is nothing they can do! The phone is still not even a year old and it is not working at all! If they can only fix the phone or replace it with another handheld that is working! Every month my account is paid up to date and I have 5 contracts with them and still this is the service I receive.
