REPAIR MY PHONE ASAP OR REPLACE OR CANCEL CONTRACT

I have a problem with my blackberry 9300, i have been using it for 8months now. It is always freezing and the worst part is people can't reach me when is at this stage, even though the phone rings on the callers side, on my side I'm getting no incoming calls or sms. Every time it does this i have to remove the battery and it will work and after few minutes it will freeze again. My problem is i have already taken my phone to vodacom 3 times in less than 5 days (ref:8634337) since Thursday the 21st Feb. I have been a loyal customer for vodacom for more than 10yrs now, but now I'm so frustrated because i have to ask people to borrow me their phone whereas I'm paying vodacom every month. Can vodacom please repair my phone ASAP/ replace/ cancel my contract.
