As per my contract, which I signed in store, I am supposed to be receiving 350mb of data NOT 200mb. This is what I have signed up for so why am I still not receiving it? This is the 2nd month now that I have been loaded with an incorrect package. I want to be refunded 150MB for May and 150MB for June (in cash not data), as this what I have been given short. I am extremely tired of going in store, of writing on hello peter, of complaining and my contract is STILL wrong. Please fix this, my lawyer is aware of the situation, I have told him to hang on until next week before he sends out any letters to MTN.
I trust this will be sorted out before any legal action is taken.
I am a very upset/frustrated and disappointed customer who believed at one time that MTN was an excellent cellular network. This is far from true after this experience with MTN. It takes 6 visits to a store to get any response, it takes three postings on hello peter and many calls from MY airtime to sort this out and 2 months later here i am sitting with the wrong package still.
