Please just sort out my account

I upgraded my account in September last year and still had a few months to run out of my old contract before the BBM package could be installed. I was told to come back in January, due to work commitments I was only able to come back in to the shop in Feb. The salesman told me that I don't have a package loaded and that she could do so for an extra R59 on top of the R129 that I already pay. I then find out that I DO have a package for an extra R39 for BBM and email with 100mb data a month already, but it has not been loaded. I go back to the store they say that Cell C direct never loaded my R39 package and I that I didn't need the R59 package loaded.

I don't want anyone to call me, please just refer to my cell number and remove the recurring R59 package and load the R39 package that was supposed to be done back in Jan as Hatfield say that only Cell-C direct can do this and that they can't.
