Loaded package incorrectly / bad service

I took out a MTN CONTRACT!!! my package was loaded incorrectly, so instead of being on MTN 200 top up, I was loaded MTN 200 anytime. This was confirmed By Shuwayda that she LOADED THE PACKAGE INCORRECTLY They deducted R1045 last month after confirming the package has been fixed, then R1287 this month, My monthly installment is R289 59= for BIS, they just decided when they refunded ME after 2 weeks to deduct R550 for this month, what the must i do to have this fixed clearly this woman is incompetent. I am ever so sorry i took out this stupid contract with MTN, they so quick to deduct but take forever to refund and when they do its the wrong dam amount. I am sick and tired of sending emails back and forth and nothing is being resolved properly.
