I have just been without a phone and internet for 3 weeks. It is barely on for 2 weeks, and guess what, it is not working yet again. I am paying for a service, but don't have it, but let me pay my phone late by 1 day and you cut me off. I am paying a service provider for internet, but guess again, I can't use it as I don't have a telephone line. I expect my phone to be fixed NOW. I am not prepared to wait 2 days a week or at all. I expect a refund for my service I don't have as well as a refund for paying a service provider for internet which I can't use. I expect a call within 24 hours.
Telkom is a disgrace, because they don't have any competition in this country. They think they are king and can do as they please.
