I'm a loyal vodacom customer and have had my cellular number for many years .however I took out a contract abt 3years ago and decided to keep my prepaid number as my new contract number. To this number I have a email attached and most of my personal and business stuff are attached to this email.
About a week ago I was asked to validate my email on my blackberry and when I did, I was shocked to see it not taking the password. When I called vodacom I was shocked to discovr that my number had been deleted because my account was one month in arrears. Is vodacom that loyal to their existing customers that they have no regard for them.this has set me back so much and was told I need to go to any vodashop to reactivate my account. So I did and went to lifestye in ballito, only to be told that they don't do reactivations. I'm totallt furious and very dissapointed with vodacom and I no longer wish to stay loyal to a network that can so easily diss me.
So I phoned them again and I'm told I have to pay a R105 connection fee.what easy money to make off people who are struggling to live, I checked my records, no sms or phone calls was made or sent to me.such liars and very rude ppl in accounts.
