Delete number without notification

Vodacom deleted my active contract number without informing me of their intentions. I had to spend the whole day today trying to get my line reactivated. Had to fill in forms and buy new sim cards at my own cost and do sim swop. After all the hassle I was told it will take 7 to 14 days for Vodacom to reactivate my number. So this means I will be without any means of communication for the next 7 to 14 days. I have a 24 month contract, why terminate my number when contract not due. I have been a loyal subscriber for the past 10 years with an average spent of R1800 per month. Please escalate the reactivation as I can not wait 7 - 14 days. After phining your call centre again I was told their is no record of reactivation forms. I called the lady at Vodacom Cavendish who assisted me with forms and she told me she did not send the documents after I asked her to sent it off asap. Once my number is reinstated I will port to a different operator should it not be done asap.
