Can you assist me with referring the mater to the Head of Department for Vodacom as i am still not unhappy with the way the matter was handled by the consultant at the branch and telephonic, see the email enquiry that I sent to Vodacom.
I have an issue with my phone number that is now deleted because I was on a contract with Fero Mobile/ Elite mobile. The contact expired in February 2013 but before then It was in arrears and I have been paying in R100 pm to try a settle the account and I made arrangements to pay in January 2013.
I went to visit Vodacom store yesterday, 14 June 2013 to query about settling the account and I was informed of the settlement balance of R291.99 and I was shocked to hear that on settlement my phone number will be deleted and I cannot get it back.
when I spoke with the legal department I was then informed that someone called to make arrangements in the month of April 2013 to settled my account but during that time my number was deleted and I don't understand how could the arrangements then be made on deleted number because my details were updated yesterday.
I agreed to settled the account yesterday which was done
