Hi,
I recently had to reset all my bank account and it deleted all my bank beneficiaries. I then phoned Vodacom to get their bank details again to load them and they tell me this type of information they give me cannot be given. How then in the past did I make payments to Vodacom. I then spoke to a second person and they gave me an account number which does not exsit.
Does the right or left hand know what they are doing at Vodacom all I want is the correct account number to be able to make a payment.
Oh the best was when I asked for the direct line to the Contracts departement they tell me sorry unless your account is in arrears they cannot give it to me meaning let me skip a payment and let Vodacom cut me off then and only then can I have that number
Very dissapointed as I have been a loyal client for many years.
