I cancelled my contract with Vodacom and was told that my contract would go over to prepaid after the last day of my contract (28/02), Instead, Vodacom deleted my number! After spending hours trying to get through to the customer care centre, I was told I need to phone a different department in order to reconnect my number. This is after I phoned to dubble check that my contract would go over to prepaid. They have now caused me such an inconvenience and I am still left with no cellphone number as I cant get through to their call centres
