No handset after 6WEEKS!!

I have been trying to get my new Galaxy Tab for 6 weeks now and every time I phone the head office their response is always the same "someone will call today and sort it out we are very sorry for the inconvenience"
I have paid two instalments on my account but still no handset, I am a patient man but this is getting out of hand.
