I upgraded my contract to a Samsung Galaxy S3 which will cost me R300 as advertised on the Virgin Mobile website. This morning they delivered me the wrong phone. They sent me a Galaxy S3 MINI which is on a completely different contract! What am I supposed to do now? Who is sending it back? When can I expect the correct handset? I am so fed up with the bad service from this company, I should have moved to Cell C before upgrading.
