Since i have sent my handset in fo repairs and paid the fee which i had to as advise by them no return of handset received.
The handset was sent in early Feb 2013 and payment done 21 Feb 2013. Query was escalated to management and advise i will receive my handset but up till to date no handset received and no urgency to resolve my query.
