3rd handset in less than 2months!!!

I upgraded my contract to an MTN anytime 500 on the 20 April 2013 and took the Blackberry Z10 handset.
Within the 7 day period, my phone was faulty so I took it back and they issued me with a new Z10 handset.

Its been less than two months that i own my second handset and its faulty again, I then took it back to the store.
After 4 days later the store notifies me that they have received a credit note from Autopage head office and that I can come in to collect my third Z10 handset.

I am now really fed up of this handset and wonder how long I will own this third handset until it becomes faulty again.

I then request for another handset (model and brand), the Samsung S4. The store then logged the request with head office, head office then requests me to PAY IN R845 for this handset.
I disagree to pay in this amount as the same phone still comes free without a pay in with my exsisting contract.

This Z10 handset has caused me inconvienance and frustration, because this is now the 3rd time i will have to change in less than 2 months. Clearly this is no fault of mine, Autopage can not expect me to take the same handset for the 3rd time and they cannot expect me to down grade.
