About 3 weeks ago I tried to upgrade my business contract for the company I work for(Im the Manager & Proxy for the Director /Owner). MTN kept on giving me grief, and didnt process the upgrade. I filed a complaint on the MTN website(refUSD 0832007118 ) . A Consultant emailed me back with loads of apologies, and assured me this will be resolved quickly.
I filled in new documents, and he send me a list of possible upgrade packages. I chose one after the other (Galaxy S4, then SIII, then S4 mini. ) I opted for a package with the S3 that includes a Tablet 2.
Neither the S4 mini or tablets are in stock. So why does MTN advertise deals that they cannot supply?
I have been messed around by MTN now for 3 weeks, now Im informed they dont know when they can finalise this deal. I demand and expect this to be resolved very, very soon, as I'm already in conversation with the other Networks to take my contract there. If MTN is serious about their clients(my business), please resolve this immediately please, this really reflects very bad on MTN. Thanks to KAGISO from Contantia Park Office who replied to my initial complaint, and promised me MTN will rectify this, but now it is time to prod
