POOR SERVICE FROM CELL C

(Contract: P Vorster, 084 392 9673) I logged onto the Cell C Web page on 6 May 2013 requesting my upgrade to the Samsung Galaxy S3 Mini Smartphone. My request was acknowledged online.

On 10 May 2013 I phoned Cell C to find out regarding my upgrade. I again requested the "Samsung Galaxy S3 Mini (white) on the Straight Up 50, with top-up, for R199.00 per month. I was told that the phone is out of stock. When I asked the operator when it went out of stock, she told me 2 days ago. My online request was 4 days ago.
When I asked the operator if she could do the upgrade and then send the phone when they get stock, the reply was that she does not know when they will receive stock, it could take 3 months?
How can this be solved, i'm told that I must upgrade before 31 May 2013!
As I do this complaint, the same phone is still available on the Cell C web page!
