Samsung S4

My contract is due for an upgrade. I applied for the upgrade only to find out that none of the 22 branches has got any stock on Samsung S4's. Telkom is fast to collect money but does not deliver to the demand from the customers. According to the branch the stock should have been delivered yesterday but alas no stock by today yet. They have recieved stock, but only on s4 mini and other phones. How must a customer stay happy? My first contract upgrade was the same story, did not have stock on the modems and I had to find a store that had stock so that I could get a modem.
