My wife was due for a upgrade. She applied for the Samsung S3 Mini. Unfortunately they did not have stock. The guy told us that is would take 2 - 3 weeks for them to get stock. Its been 5 weeks and still nothing has happened. I gave Cell C a call and they told me that they dont know when they will have stock but they will call us when they have stock. I went to Vodacom and MTN to hear if they have the Samsung S3 mini in stock and they dont have a problem. I have been thinking about it to change my Vodacom contract to Cell C because their call rates are far cheaper than Vodacom`s but if they dont want to give you service then whats the point?
