I went in to Vodacom The Grove Mall on Wednesday to upgrade my contract. Only once the upgrade is in progress, the consultant comes back to tell me they do not have stock, but they will get stock on Friday of the S4 mini LTE. My husband also wants to upgrade only to be told he can't even though he received an sms to say that he can - how ridiculous. Anyway, I phone The Grove this morning only to hear they still don't have stock. So, I decide to phone Menlyn - they have stock. Again, I have to go to a Vodashop, only to get in front to be told, sorry The Grove has to cancel the upgrade they started, but they can't since their systems are offline. I'm so annoyed with this entire situation since I now have to go back AGAIN to a Vodashop to do the upgrade.
