When my contract ended with MTN I took up a Cellc contract through Nashua. From day one I have been having issues with receiving calls. I have full signal but I receive an SMS to say I have a voicemail or missed called notification. I have written about 10 emails to Nashua and they have logged the complaint with Cellc and have received no response which is not surprising when you read all of the other Cellc complaints on this site. I was told by Nashua someone from Cellc would contact me, this has not happened. When I call Nashua to ask them on the status they can show me that the complaint has been logged but again no response from Cellc.
I have done three or four sim swaps and no difference. I am in the center of Sandton during work hours with full signal but I cannot receive calls and when making calls it sometimes only connects on the 3rd attempt.
Every other person I have spoken to that has same contract, Iphone5 for R399 with 200minutes has the same problem. I have even sent in my Iphone and bought a samsung S3and I still have the same problem.
I am in the process of finding as many people as I can with the same problem & I am going to the consumer complaints commission.
