JUST WANT CHANGE NETWORKS!!!

Oky so in Jan I asked to have my contracts prematurely cancelled because of Vodacom"s stupidity and pure lack of trained employees. I got a settlement amount which we agreed on that I pay R1000 each month on the 15th until I reach that settlment amount. When I phoned in yesterday to my surprise I found out that I only still owe you R866.50 which I will be paying the 15th of this month. I made TRIPPLE sure of that amount phoned GUGU on 0821946 phoned SANDY on 082111 and even went to a store and all of them gave me the same amount of R866.50
I have not missed one single payment and I have proof on a statement that I got from Vodacom.
Now wen I try to find out what I should do after I pay my last amount of R866.50 no one knows what to do and gives me all types of different numbers to call. I phoned SNE on 0821958 and she is USELESS. I am not even done speaking then she tells me she's not going to help me and transfers me.
Can anyone with some brains at Vodacom please help me to cancel everything after I've paid my final amount so I can just be done with Vodacom.
