JUST WANT TO CHANGE NETWORKS!!!

My problem started in Jan this year when I found out my bill was sky high because Vodacom decided their not running debit orders anymore and they don't let you know either.
I decided to prematurely cancel both of my contacts and pay of the settlement amount a R1000 on the 15th of each month until everything is fully paid. I have not missed a single payment since Jan.
When I called in two days ago to GUGU at 0821946 and SANDY at 082111 they told me I only still owe Vodacom R866.50 I even went in to a Vodacom shop myself to make sure of that amount and they also gave me the exact amount of R866.50 now I will be paying the amount on the 15th of June.
Now when I called 0821958 to find out what I should do after my final payment so I can just be rid of Vodacom everyone is clueless. I spoke to SNE and she is USELESS I am not even done talking then she transfers me to someone else. As soon as the next person picks up they tell me the numbers have been deleted and they can't help me coz its with pre legal? PRE LEGAL BUT I HAVE'NT MISSED ONE PAYMENT.
If there is anyone with some brains in this company can you please help.
