During the last couple of months we have never received any statements from Vodacom, even due to the fact that we have requested the same over and over again. Last month we received this then via email and our account was behind with over R5oo. So we paid the amount even though we were threatened by Vodacom that they would suspend our services. This month we now received a statement for over a R1000!!! No indication as to how this amount was derived at, just an amount. Now Vodacom you just cant send someone a bill and tell them to pay it, especially if the amount is so high. We will take this matter up with our attorneys and Vodacom legal if this matter is not sorted by the end of business today.
