If you take my money resolve my query

Last Thursday, yes Thursday, at six minutes past nine I emailed a billing query to the CEO's office. I was told I would be contacted. Today is Tuesday people and still nobody has come back to me. They had the whole of Thursday. Friday and Yesterday but yet no reply. I am sure a simple breakdown of an amount taken from account for a new line can not be that complicted. IF you ae quick to take the money then you must be quick to explain!
