I called on Tuesday for payment to be deducted, but was told to submit a form, send an email and the money would be deducted from my account on Thursday. I did so. I believe it was yesterday, I got a call from the friendly consultant Sharozeen Leyds to reassure me that she received my documents and the money will be deducted from my account on Thursday (that being today). I was also notified that I will be covered provided the money is received today, Thursday 28 June 2013. I stuck to my part and made sure funds are available in my account. It is now 19:00 and the money is still sitting in my account!!! I will give you the benefit of a doubt that it is not yet midnight. If the money is not deducted, not only will the company have to me, but you will be putting me/my policy in great risk!!! HEEELP!!!
