I would like to bring to your attention the disgraceful service which I have encountered at MTN. It is with frustration that I am now appealing to the board of directors of MTN to try and get an answer!!
On the 24th May we had a break in at home. My Samsung Galaxy tablet was, along with other items. This tablet is on contract with MTN. It was issued by your Midlands Mall branch in Pietermaritzburg. The was reported to MTN on 25th May. To date despite daily contact with MTN I have still NOT received an ITC number!! The reason being given is that the tablet is not "whitelisted on your system" and therefore they can not blacklist it! This has been going on for over two weeks with no resolution!!!!
Because we do not have this ITC number our claim can not be processed by our insurance company. My husbands iphone was and we received EXCELLENT service from VODACOM!
Wake up MTN!!!! WILL SOMEBODY IN THIS COMPANY GET THIS ISSUE RESOLVED!!!!
