Insured my car one week ago on Thursday. They told me they will deduct money that night, and they did. I received 5 emails from them, that day. They said I must get my car evaluated by one of their evaluation centers before my insurance will be activated. I asked them to send me a list of centers so I know where to go. I got nothing. I now RUN after the company that I am paying and called customer care on Tuesday asking for a list of evaluation centers, AGAIN. THEY HAVE A RECORDING OF THIS CALL. It is now Thursday, one entire week after signing up with them and one entire week since they took my money. I am driving my vehicle around not knowing if it is insured or not. I will call them today to cancel my policy, if this is how efficient they are before the policy even begins, how efficient will they be if I ever have a claim? This company is EXTREMELY EFFICIENT in taking money, but after that they don't really care do they?
