Last week I wrote a report to thank Pontsho it does look like I was too quick, because its Thursday today after she told me that my money would reflect by Friday which is 72hours after, I took my car in for repairs and Friday came it wasn't paid, when I called her she said most definately by Monday, Monday came I was told by another consultant that it was infact paid on friday so I would have it by Tuesday, yesterday when I request for the proof of payment and communication with the manager who also confirmed the money will be paid in Tuesday it shows that infact that money was paid only on Monday, I am getting apologies, promises and all I want is to have the car, they requested for an invoice for the storage cost wonder if I will have to wait another two weeks before they pay for that too. WOW
