Poor Service/ Out of Stock/ Bad Attitude

I went to Darro 2 in Boksburg last week tuesday to have my Samsung's camera repaired or rather replaced due to a random blue mark appearing on the main camera screen and the photos taken.

Following up on my phone's problem and repair I was told they are waiting for parts- parts that would arrive on monday, tuesday I went back in and was then told the parts will arrive thursday, thursday I went in again, the parts will be here friday, which it's not. This postponing I find to be wasting my time and money due to the staff just wanting me off of their backs so I'd rather take the phone back and never buy one again.

I would not have minded the wait if they told me from the start that the parts would arrive in two weeks time, but telling me monday, then tuesday, then thursday, now anywhere between tomorrow until monday, it's a bit of a leap which makes one feel they don't want to help you, but rather to keep you quiet, I find the receptionist to be rude on top of it all, very poor and disrespectful service, why they don't keep any stock eludes me as well.

I feel for a while that I'm just impatient, but then I also think we all expect quick, respectful and friendly service.
