Stupid mistakes which I pay fo

Wednesday January 23rd - submitted documentation for a refund of money that was being debited from my account which shouldn't have been! Thursday January 24th - called 8 times and heard all stories from they won't give the money back to they in the process of sorting it out! Friday 25th January - spoke to 4 different people and they said they were busy processing it and I will have my money by saturday morning! Monday 28th January - got a letter to say its been processed! Tuesday 29th January - they told me the money was transferred to my accoun on monday, after going through the details with the lady we found that the money was actually transferred to someone elses account! Wednesday 30th January - the lady refused to give them the money back because they owed her money too and she needed hers sorted out also! So my refund was held back until hers was right! Thursday 31st January - I was reassured that the money will be in my account by Friday latest! Today Friday 1st of February - a sum of R1500 came into my account, after all this trouble the still get it wrong! The amount I'm supposed to get is just over R2400! I expect the balance to be in my account by 3pm today! Pathetic!
