No Refund after upgrade

I've had a contract with Vodacom for 2 Years now, who's monthly payments are R240), all of a sudden last month a debit of R1400 goes through, i called Vodacom to enquire on the 21st of May; eventually after tirelessly trying to convince me that I had upgraded my contract? it was figured out that this was a upgrade done in Mpumalanga and the person had been making phone calls the entire April, huh? I've been in contact with Vodacom for the past three weeks and still I don't have my money back, Last week after much frustration, I was able to speak to Raymond (Dept); he advised that the consultant handling my case was on study leave for 4 days, also that my case would have to be sent to credit who's turn around time is roughly 14 days; REALLY? after further discussion with Raymond he promised to expedite the matter for me, Friday I received a message advising that a credit of R1167 had been processed and a consultant confirmed that by today the funds would be in, I called again today, after the 4th consultant, I learn that I will be refunded R980, till now no one can explain to me why the funds are short? I just want my money back. and No more Vodacom for me!
