I bougth myself a blackberry 9300 on the 22/10/2011 but september 2012 the phones middle button had stopped functioning, i took my phone to the glen mtn branch and they took my phone in for repairs. Initially i was told the repairs will take about 2 weeks but i waited 2 months for it and during that time i kept on going to check if my phone was ready but non there less they gave me a new blackberry.4 months down the line, the phone is slow and still has the same problem... i just need a working phone, am not asking for the world here.
