My phone number's contract expired in June, so they phoned me in may to ask for continuation of the contract for 2 more years. Well I told them i would like a better phone, then they offered me the smart plan deal of the Samsung Galaxy S3. Sure why not R375 or R388 at that time is what the deal says. IT cant really be a upgrade because how can i pay for my phone for another 2 years. Anyway just to find out They where deducting R650 from my account. If it was not the smart plan, how can i have internet.
I phoned them and they said, it is the deal i took and that is how much the phone costs. What smartplan Galaxy S3 costs that much. It cant really be a upgrade, in theory i am still on my old contract just with a upgraded phone, that was not said to me. Listen to the phone records, and the woman said yes for R388. That is unacceptable.
Maybe i should have just said no, and got another number, why does anyone want a new number, when you can just keep your current one.
Actually i would like to cancel my contract completely. But then they want the money for 24months. No!!!
