A MERE BILLING ISSUE WHERE VODACOM IS IN THE WRONG

Please refer to the last complaint for a more detailed story. Shortly, I upgraded with Vodacom on the 25/09/2013, the phone was faulty, took it back the next day, they then had to reverse the upgrade in order for me to take another phone... for some reason it took Vodacom 9 days to finally get it right, the upgrade reversal that is! Where they tell us poor clients that it only takes 24 hours! so much for GOOD SERVICE!!! Anyhow, the upgrade was done on the 4/10/2013 to a different package from the last upgrade done on the 25/09/2013... I now moved to Smart M from Smart L... as per Vodacom's delay this was only done on the 4th of October 2013. Now they can't even calculate how they are going to bill me. They gave me a ridiculous amount even all of their pathetic service agents cannot tell where they derived it from. Everyone has their own pathetic explanation. I need this sorted out in 24hrs otherwise I will return this stupid phone and just cancel all my contracts I have with Vodacom for the past 12YRS!!! The other issue is when I upgraded I cancelled the SMS bundle I had with them as I was getting a lot of SMS's on the new package... but guess what??? I still have those SMS!! Really??
